For all deliveries from VEIN graphic - Marvin Hänisch (henceforth VEIN) our general terms and conditions apply. The costumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction, which does not belongs to commercial or self-employed work.

Contracting Party
The purchase contract is deemed concluded with VEIN graphic, Inhaber: Marvin Hänisch, Schönfließer Straße 12, 16540 Hohen Neuendorf.

Conclusion of Contract

  • The presentation of the products in our online shop isn’t a legally binding offer, but an invitation to buy.

  • After clicking the “buy” button you place a binding order. The purchase contract occurs, after we confirmed your order via e-mail.

Prices and Delivery Costs

  • The prices on our product sites do not include the so called “value added tax/Mehrwertsteuer”, because VEIN is a german “Kleinunternehmen”.

  • Additionally to the given prices, national or international shipping costs will be added, which are based on the weight of your order. The shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the check-out-process, which can be cancelled at any time.

  • Depending on the destination country the consumer may pay customs duties.


  • The delivery will be made by the “Deutsche Post”.

  • Due to COVID, the delivery via “Deutsche Post” can take a bit longer than usual. Click here to find more information.

  • Each selectable country on the ceck-out page can be delivered.

  • We always try to send out your order the same day or one day after we received it.

  • The delivery time of the “Deutsche Post” depends on where you live. But you will receive a tracking number via e-mail after we send your order off.


Shipping Time

Germany 2-4 Business days (excludes weekends and holidays)
EU 4-12 Business days (excludes weekends and holidays)
International 10-36 Business days (excludes weekends and holidays)

Retention of Title

  • The product is in possession of VEIN, until you paid the full price of the products and its shipping costs.

Dispute Resolution

  • The EU-Kommission has an internet platform for the settlement of disputes. The platform serves as a contact point for out-of-court dispute settlement, regarding contractional obligation, which arise from online-purchase contracts. You can find more information on this website: We neither are obligated nor interested to take part in a dispute settlement procedure.


If you are the consumer (that means, that you are a natural person, who placed the order with a non-commercial purpose) you are entitled to make use of the right of revocation.

  • If you, as the consumer, make use of the right of evocation, you have to bear the return costs.

  • The following paragraph explains all regulations and rules, when the right of revocation gets used.

¹ Right of Revocation


You are entitled to revoke the purchase contract, without giving a reason. The revocation period is fourteen days long after you or a third party received the delivery (supplier excluded).

To make use of the right of revocation you have to send us (VEIN graphic - Marvin Hänisch, Schönfließer Straße 12, 16540 Hohen Neuendorf, 017636259238, a clear declaration (for example via mail or e-mail) about your decision of revoking the contract. We then will send you a confirmation via e-mail. Please note to send the notice of revocation before the revocation period ends!

If you revoked the contract, we have to pay you back all payments of your order, which we received from you, including the delivery costs (exept the return shipment). You will receive the repayment immediate and by 30 days at the latest, after we received your notice of revocation. For the repayment we use the same payment method as you did. We can refuse the repayment until we get back the send product or until you gave us the proof of delivery. You have to send back the revoked product fourteen days at the latest, after sending us the notice of revocation. You only have to pay for loss in value of the product if the loss in value was caused by not handling the product the right way.(¹ This revocation instruction does not apply to separate deliveries.)
