General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries from VEIN graphic – Marvin Hänisch (hereinafter referred to as "VEIN"). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

2. Contracting Party

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order via email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

  • VAT: All prices are final prices. As a small business according to § 19 UStG, we do not charge or display value-added tax (VAT/Mehrwertsteuer).

  • Shipping: Shipping costs are added to the product prices based on the weight and destination of the order. These costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

  • Customs: For international orders outside the EU, additional customs duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These are to be borne by the customer.

5. Delivery and Shipping Times

We ship our products via Deutsche Post. We generally aim to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days.

  • Germany: 2–4 business days

  • EU: 4–12 business days

  • International: 10–36 business days Please note: Delivery times for international shipping can vary significantly due to local postal services and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Payment

We offer several payment methods to ensure a smooth checkout process:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

  • Digital Wallets: Payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported.

  • PayPal: You can pay using your PayPal account.

The available payment methods will be displayed during the checkout process. We reserve the right to limit the available payment methods depending on the order value or shipping destination.

7. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of VEIN until full payment has been received.

8. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), which can be found at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

Right of Revocation

1. Instructions on Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

You must provide a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

 

  • Repayment: We will carry out such reimbursement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

  • Withholding: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

  • Returns: You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

  • Return Costs: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

  • Diminished Value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
